We have all lived during other times, in other bodies, and other lives.  Sometimes we experienced situations during past lives that are affecting us during this life.  Most times, once the situation from the past life is realized, we understand how this situation is holding us back during this life, why we have unexplainable phobias during this life, or why we possess a certain negative trait during this life.  During a past life regression, I lead clients through a guided meditation and they are most times able to experience the relevant past life in person.  Once an understanding of the situation in the past life is realized, the client is able to make immediate changes that seem somewhat effortless.
